BioGen Labz was founded on a single conviction: researchers deserve compounds they can trust. Too often, the peptide supply chain is opaque — inconsistent purity, missing documentation, and no accountability. We set out to change that.
Every compound we produce is synthesized under strict GMP-aligned protocols, independently verified by third-party analytical laboratories, and shipped with a full Certificate of Analysis. No exceptions.

GMP-Aligned Synthesis
All peptides are synthesized using solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) under GMP-aligned conditions. Reagents are pharmaceutical-grade and batch-tracked from receipt to dispatch.
HPLC Purity Analysis
Every batch undergoes reverse-phase HPLC analysis to confirm purity. We target ≥98% purity for all catalog compounds, with most batches exceeding 99%.
Mass Spectrometry Verification
Molecular identity is confirmed by ESI-MS or MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. The observed molecular weight must match the theoretical value within accepted tolerance.
Endotoxin Testing
Select compounds are tested for bacterial endotoxins using the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) assay, ensuring suitability for sensitive in vitro and in vivo research models.
Sterility & Lyophilization
Peptides are lyophilized under controlled conditions to maximize stability and shelf life. Vials are sealed under inert atmosphere and stored at -20°C prior to dispatch.
Certificate of Analysis
Every order ships with a full COA documenting synthesis batch, purity percentage, mass spec data, and testing dates. Documentation is available on request for any catalog compound.

We do not self-certify. Every batch is sent to an independent, accredited analytical laboratory before it enters our inventory. We publish the results — not summaries, not estimates.
Our QA process covers identity confirmation, purity quantification, residual solvent analysis, and where applicable, endotoxin burden. If a batch fails any criterion, it is rejected — regardless of cost or timeline.
